Get checked: That kind of severe pain without clear injury can suggest something is out of place (dislocated), or something is caught where it shouldn't be, such as a ligament inside the joint being pinched. Squats depends on-: -how deep you squat & how fast they are done. Situps also depends on whether you are flat or inclined & are you holding a weight while you do them & how heavy. Bicep curls also depend on how much weight you are using & technique. Are you doing a series of three, ,do you rest a lot between sets.
