Can I stunt my growth by doing bicep curls with 10 pound dumbbells? I do 5 sets of 20 push ups, 20 bicep curls, 20 squats, 20 sit ups. Can that stunt my growth?

I do 60 reps in bicep curls and hammer curls with 20lb weights. Should I bump it up to 25lb or 30lb if I've been doing it for a week?

You don't need-: -to do them, but if you are I feel that the best is sets of 3, 15 curls, then do the same with push ups. Back to curls, alternate for 3 sets of each. Squats depends on-:
-how deep you squat & how fast they are done. Situps also depends on whether you are flat or inclined & are you holding a weight while you do them & how heavy. Bicep curls also depend on how much weight you are using & technique. Are you doing a series of three, , do you rest a lot between sets. If doing sets of 3 you should not be able 2 finish the 3rd, then you are stressing your muscles.

Bicep growth: Your biceps will grow. You have to "overload" your biceps to get them to grow. Increase the weight you are curling so that you can ONLY do 6 repetitions as your maximum. Don't quite know wha: -t U R describing but if you do the curls holding the bar with Ur wrist hyper extended & hold the weight bar by Ur flexed fingers, U get the same result if U rest Ur head on hyper flexed wrists while reading or watching something. You can do bicep supersets like standing dumbbell hammer curls with standing standard dumbbell curls or wide grip bicep curls (EZ curl) with reverse grip bicep curls (EZ curl).
