Breast bone pain : I assume you are up to date on mammograms. Breast lumps are felt not visual. Bone pain left of sternum pain to touch costochondritis heat antinflamatories. But given age need to see doctor for confirmation. Need to get mammogram to confirm no breast pathology. ...Read more

Hard to say: Esophagitis (GERD) is very common, and if you get relief from antacids, it is likely true. Inflammation of the cartilages can sometimes cause a siilar pain, and then antacids won't help. Ibuprofen will make GERD much worse, but makes the pain of cartilage inflammatoin better. (costochondritis) ...Read more

Stomach flu: All your symptoms may be part of a viral illness, sometimes called Stomach flu. Avoid food for a day or so, drink clear water or electrolyte solution when nausea has subsided and advance diet slowly after that as tolerated. It may be a : Condition known as a costochondritis which is an inflammatory condition of the cartilage of the sternal region. It usually occurs after a flu or cold and gets better over time. Over the counter medication can help with symptoms but get checked to make sure it is not heart or lung related. ...Read more

See GI doctor: Difficulty swallowing ("dysphagia") can be distinguished as a "transfer" problem (difficulty moving food from mouth to top of esophagus), "transit" problem (difficulty moving food down the esophagus), "spasm", gerd (due to sphincter problems), or obstructive (webs, rings, strictures, ulcer, tumor).
