It is especially telling if you have deep-penetration sex pain. Plan on having a pelvic exam and an ultrasound for a complete evaluation. Muscle spasm?: Chest pain can occur with low blood pressure. If during your period you have low blood pressure your blood pressure medications could make BP go too low and cause pain.
