Need evaluation: It time to see you physician. It could be an ovarian issue, but it could also be appendicitis or a tubal infection. I constantly have a dull pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, but occasionally worsens where in tears. Tested and STD free. What could it be?

Depends: Right lower quadrant pain: Constipation, ovarian cysts, kidney stones, renal colic, inflamed appendix, mesentericadenitis (sounds bad but generally isn't), regional enteritis, endometriosis. Since this sounds to be chronic in nature,keep a symptom diary (when, how long, associated foods, last BM...) and take it to your next doctor's appointment. Pain: There are many reasons for pain. Your best bet is to see your primary MD and get s full exam and history. Relationship to food bowel movement and cycle. A imaging may be needed.
