Ovulation: Its sounds like you may have ovulated. Ovulation is typically asymptomatic. On occasionally the follicle that released your egg may bleed. This bleeding can cause achy or crampy pain on the side that ovulated. If you pain persists have your gyn perform an ultrasound to look at your ovary. Unlikely: Stone pain is excruciating, tends to radiate from flank to groin. Would wonder about ruptured ovarian cyst which would be more likely to cause this type of pain. Urine culture?: You did not say if you had a urine culture done. Sometimes this kind of pain can be due to an infection that may not show up with routine urine cultures. An example is nongonoccocal urethritis or prostatiis. Some docs might try a course of antibiotics and see if that helps the symptoms, since cultures can be expensive. See OB/GYN to pinpt: The lower back. Sacral (butt) area, along with pain, and aching in the pelvic area isn't normal, and needs to be examined fully by your ob/gyn, who will know what to do, and what necessary steps to take. Could be: If you are running a fever and feel like you have lost your appetite it could be your appendix. Try going up on your toes and then dropping down on your heels real hard and fast: if that hurts it could be your appendix. Went to e.r and had abdominal ultrasound and xray. Everything is fine but why do I have a dull and aching pain in middle to right pelvic area?
Rule out appendix: Any pain in the lower right side needs evaluation. This is the area of the appendix and can be an emergency.
