Your Age?: If you are over 45 and this is new, you should at least check your ESR to make sure you don't have temporal arteritis: a very dangerous but treatable condition. Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor.
