Not much: We called this a "reproducible" pain, because you can feel it when you press your rib cage. Most likely not your heart and instead, the muscles or cartilages of the chest. See attention: At 4o, you are at risk just because of being male. I would at least advice you to go to your pcp and have an egd. And if you smoke, or are diabetic, you may need an echo and or a stress test. If you have a strong family history i.e. Dad in 40's or mom in 50's with heart problems than your risk is high.
