Extremely sore everytime I twist my body ot move my torso to the left side, By my hip , but more around my back, and side area. Flank pain? Muscle?

Muscle or nerve

Occupational_therapy
when you are out of alignment, your twisting can cause pressure on a nerve or muscle. In your case I would look for a chiropracter or mechanotherapist to re-align your body and they will give you proper exercises to keep you in alignment.

Aching over hip area could be a sign of kidney infection?

Hips?

Pain
Most people point to the bony part at the top of their leg. This is the greater trochanter, and not related to the hip. Hip pain is felt in the groin. Neither is associated with kidney infection. Kidney stones can radiate pain to the groin, however.

Mosquito like spots kept appearing on bottom for 5months then disappeared . Now I am experiencing aches in my hips, legs and groin area. Any ideas?

Gluteal Rash

Aches
A gluteal rash like you describe can be due to a myriad of causes. Some infectious diseases, such as Lyme Disease, can present that way, and leave you with joint pains later. If the condition does not improve, I would consult your doctor and be sure to describe any possible exposures. Did you travel recently? We're you hunting or camping in the woods?

Feels like at the bottom of my spine, in between the hip area is sore? Like if I move my bottom a certain way, I feel it. Or when I walk. Why?

Back pain

Dr_naraghi_picture_2011_-_2mb
Back pain may be due to disc herniation, Spondylolisthesis, lumbar stenosis, facet pain, Sacroiliitis, or a combination. Typically, if you feel the pain is severe, an MRI can be diagnostic. Initial conservative therapy is very helpful: physical therapy, or chiropractic treatments. If these are not helpful, then you should see a spine specialist to consider other options.
