Doctor insights on:
Dull Ache Behind Eye
How long?: Ethmoid or sphenoidal sinus infection could be causing your symptoms, especially if they are new symptoms or you have allergies. Persistent symptoms can be chronic sinusitis or something more ominous involving pressure on the brain. You need an initial exam by your doc including an eye exam.
Decongestant: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.
Dull horrible ache In crown of head that comes and goes. Also a lot of headaches behind eye and sharp pains in head. What could this be? Go doctors?
Headaches: Should be evaluated by your physician can be an indication of serious conditions which include strokes and tumors----how ever the majority are simple conditions that related to the sinus system---top of head sphenoid sinus----around the eyes---ethmoid sinus --facial/back of the occiput maxillary sinus forehead frontal sinus eye---problems can also give headaches--glaucoma, infections, trauma --
Dull Pain and pressure behind/above left eye that comes and goes where socket and eye meet. It is sore to the touch. My vision is fine. Causes?

Brain fog for the past couple of weeks coupled with dull ache behind both eyes. Stiff neck also. My Lexapro (escitalopram) dose loosing effectiveness? A migraine?
Not a migraine: Could be a cervicogenic headache which is from neck muscles in spasm. You could try a massage of the area or a hot shower playing the spray over the neck area while stretching out the neck muscles. Moist heat or ice packs over the sore neck areas could actually make your head feel better. The brain fog could be a neurological issue. Good luck.
My eyes get sore if I do not push on them to release the pressure behind them it makes a squeaking noise when I do?
Interesting: Well this is a first for me, and therefore is have to guess a bit. You may feel better just by the forced closure and rubbing action delivered to your eye through the eyelids. The pressure may stimulate some tearing, real lease of oil and mucous secretions thereby making your eyes more comfortable. I advise doing something different. Use warm compress to closed eyes, artificial tears. Better 4 eye
Today I've been getting stabbing pain in my eyes and both stabbing pains and dull aches in my head. I'm worried it's something serious.

I have had a beach ache mostly on the middle/ left side but sometimes right behind and above eye for about 2 weeks now increasing and decreasing?
Back pain: Assuming you are talking about back pain, middle and left, and you are talking about headache, or pain in the head above the eye and behind it. They are two separate issues not related. Back pain, could be posture, spasm from bad lift, or kidney stone. Apply heat pad, take ibuprofen, and stretch your back, and hydrate well. Pain in the head could be sinus headache, or eye problem, have your eye examined.
Had headache behind eyes approx 7 hrs 4/10, big sudden surge of pain 8/10 and then headache basically 1/10 after. Cluster ache or should I seek help?
Tension vs Migraine: I need more data but this might be a migraine. I would be suspect of a migraine if you have family history of migraines, headaches are cyclical, they last a 6-48 hours, you have nausea and vomiting. They get better if you are in a dark room without a lot of noise. Or this is just a simple tension headache which occurs maybe 1-2 times a month? Try Tylenol (acetaminophen) if not better or cyclical see doctor.
