How can I remove acne marks from my face? I had severe acne but that has been treated by duac gel. Now i just have the marks.
Derm consult: Very glad you got treated for the basic disease. Brown marks will fade over time. Leave them alone. It's your decision whether to keep the scars. Use benzamycin: The ingredients in Benzamycin are Erythromycin and benzoyl peroxide and are safe in pregnancy. Duac contains Clindamycin which cause rare GI problems. Check with OB , but even though the dose is very small thy may not want you to use a cream containing Clindamycin in pregnancy. ...Read more

Many choices : There are many choices for treatment of acne including topical products such as epiduo gel, Aczone Gel and topical retinoids. These can be combined with oral antibiotics such as Doxycycline or Minocycline for better control. Oral contraceptives can control acne well in some patients.
