I just started using Drysol last night & this morning my underarms are very red & sore. What should I do to ease the pain? I applied it as directed.

Drysol is Irritating: Drysol can causes this type of irritation reaction after use. I recommend you first gently wash both armpits to remove any residual drysol. Then use cold packs under each arm to ease the discomfort. Do this several times today and tomorrow, if needed. Also, applying cold aloe vera gel (keep the bottle in the fridge). Next time, leave the drysol on for 1-2 hours, then wash it off. It still works ...Read more

I shave my anus and butt hair why when I use drysol at night cornstarch in the morning and bootyfresh they still smell me I take oxybutinin too help?

First, the culprits: Retained feces mixed with urine/perspiration/bacteria is the problem you are valiantly trying to address! Try an antiperspirant gel or soap; use a loofah or washcloth to clean everywhere! Shaving (carefully) may help. Some use apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball; the vinegar smell doesn't linger. Try Gold Bond powder and use wipes after defecating. Avoid pills/drugs.STRESS REDUCTION! Good wishes! ...Read more

Can applying Drysol to hands increase the risk of hand cancer since it has aluminum?

Can applying Drysol to hands increase the risk of hand cancer since it has aluminum?

No: You should ignore silly claims about common metals and other harmless things causing cancer. They're simply made up by people pretending to be your friends. They're not. The real chemicals that cause cancer are either mutagens or things that actually kill cells off forcing them to regrow. Aluminum is neither, outside perhaps from a petri dish in unphysiologic amounts. ...Read more

Drysol sweating: Drysol only works well if it is used properly. Have to blow dry the skin first before using it! Need to get all the sweat dried out first before applying it. Use daily for a week, then every other day the second week then every 3rd day the third week then weekly forever. ...Read more

Would applying Drysol to palms of hands help if you suffer from the TOP of the hand being red (due to hyperhidrosis)? If not, how to lessen redness?

HUH???: Hyperhidrosis does not cause redness of the dorsum [top] of the hand. Exactly which topical antibiotic? Why? Topical antibiotic and latex allergy certainly can make hands red. Why Benadryl? Used mostly as a sleep aid, should not be used except at bedtime. Echinacea is a waste of money. ...Read more

What is best pain medication?

What is best pain medication?

There are none...: Even the strongest opiates only "take the edge off" for people in chronic pain. Meds are only one part of dealing with the pain. A useful tool, but pain is so necessary for survival that we are not "allowed" to monkey with it much. In acute pain, the transition from miserable to less miserable can be great. In chronic pain, it's just part of the plan. ...Read more
