STD causes of vaginal discharge include Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and Trichomonas. These are less likely with oral sex, but not impossible and should be treated. Likely okay: Sometimes women associate thick discharge with yeast. It's possible, but not always so. If you don't have itching I wouldn't worry about yeast.
