Need to look at meds: You underlying pots condition causes rapid heart rate and the meds are trying to slow it down , bu the meds are probably causing the symptoms. Need to have the doctor reevaluate the need of the meds in your case, Lopressor (metoprolol tartrate) is the issue. ...Read more

Check with doctor: You will need to check with your doctor re. The right dosing for you. For example, he could change the seretide dose to 50/125 instead of you using 1/2 the 50/250 dose since the latter will halve the bronchodilator dose as well.
