Dry scaly feet: It could be athlete's foot or atopic dermatitis or contact dermatitis, etc. You can try to prevent athlete's foot by wearing sandals, changing shoes/socks often and after exercise, using foot powder, washing and drying feet often, and avoiding wet public floors and wearing other people's shoes. Scaly dry skin: Moisturizers are the treatment of choice - lotion during the day and ointments at night. Washing the face with soap and water 2x a week will also help; during those alternate days, use non-soap cleansers like cetaphil. Mild Hydrocortisone creams may slow down the dryness and alleviate associated itching. ...Read more
