It's very dry in arizona . My skin is extremely dry. I'm allergic to everything accept cetaphil. Is there anything else i can use? So itchy!
Different options: To help your skin not be soo dry, try to keep your showers very short and do not use very hot water. Only use soap in your armpits and groin. If you could skip a day of taking a shower that would help your skin very much. There is a brand of moisturizer which is called vanicream or vaniply ointment which you are probably not allergic to. If your drug store does not have it you can order it online. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Decrease how often you bathe the infant, use a soap with a built in moisturizer, and use a lotion/cream moisturizer on dry areas once or twice every single day. Baby skin is thin and vulnerable to dryness. ...Read more
Is it better to blow dry or air dry your hair? I wanna blow dry it but people say it's damaging to the hair.

Lots of sun, curling irons, straightening irons, etc. Can cause damage too. If you've just had a baby, you are likely to lose some hair no matter how careful you are, but it will grow back. ...Read more

If you are mouth breathing then dry air goes in your mouth and in your throat drying it and irritating it. Try taking a decongestant and seeing if this helps. Also make sure the air in your bedroom and home is humidified. You may need to buy a humidifier at the store. ...Read more
