Blisters on hand: May be dyshidrosis, a form of eczema or eczema. Antihistamines may help as can topical steroids may help in short term but long term can repredispose to infection and/or skin thinning. Would f/u /w/ dermatologist.

Can be: It could also just be dry skin. The fact it is excessive kind of implies to me that you are unable to control the condition to your liking. Therefore, i wold recommend a visit to the dermatologist who likely will be able to help solve your problem or keep it at bay and minimize it. This could: Potentially be serious particularly if he has diabetes or poor circulation. There is often a soft corn there fungus and or bacteria.
