It: It would be helpful to know if they are itchy or painful? How long have they been present? You could be dealing with a dermatitis from certain lotions or detergents, and even eczema can present this way. There are also fungal infections that can cause patches/spots similar to what you described. The treatment for a fungus versus a dermatitis or eczema is different, therefore I would recommend a visit with your primary care provider in order to get a diagnosis so appropriate treatment can be started.
