Rash: It's really difficult to accurately diagnose are rash without seeing it. How long have you had the bumps? Did they start all at once, or did you start with one and have progressively got more? Pityriasis Alba: The white rough plaque you are describing sounds like pityriasis alba. This is often seen on the face, arms, shoulders, and neck of young people, especially kids. It is a results of mild eczema and dry skin. Usually, with good moisturizing, it will lessen. Some thoughts...: You do a great job of describing the rash, but unfortunately there are still very many possibilities. It could be a medication reaction, a viral exanthem, tinea, eczema (even if it doesn't itch), a vasculitis... It's a long list. Your doctor will ask how long it's been there, any associated symptoms (fever, etc), they'll see if it blanches, if there's any scale. Hope this is somewhat helpful! ...Read more
