Really dry, cracking, peeling skin on and in between toes, also small dry spots on hands and fingers and penis is also dry ?

Diapers: It is possible that washing your hands frequently for diaper changes, or the diapers, is causing this. Why has my finger been looking chapped like dry skin for a few months now? Can someone explain to me what this is and how to treat it?
Eczema: Could be the reason. Try to avoid very frequent hand washing , harsh soap. Use gloves if cleaning or washing dishes. Use a thick moisturizer like aquaphor or even Vaseline, a small amount of over the counter cortisone daily for no more than two weeks may help. See MD: See your dermatologist or urgent care physician. Sometimes contact dermatitis involved with contact with allergens such as nickel can cause peeling skin, as can hand eczema, vitamin deficiencies, and other skin conditions.
