Dry Cough With Chest Tightness
Have dry cough and chest tightness (been 3 weeks now), no fever/headache. It started after a few times that I went swimming. Is it chlorine allergy?

Give it time: It sounds like you have an upper respiratory tract infection. Give it a few days. If you continue to worsen past 4 or 5 days of symptoms, then you may need an antibiotic.
