Cough: It may be you have a type of asthma triggered by exposure to cold. Pulmonary Function tests may help or a trial of a bronchodilator such as albuterol prior to cold exposure. Does she hav asthma?: If she has history of asthma or allergies? If not she need formal chest x-ray and pulmonary function test. Some times it can be granulomatous condition.
