From last week I have fever and dry cough now fever is fine but i still have have too much dry cough it's hurting head too when i m doing cough?
Cough: Cough is the most lingering symptom of any cold. It will get better even if you don't do anything (like i do), but it may take a while. Turning it into wet cough would feel better. Sounds like a cold: Medication for colds is not really recommended for children. As long as he is breathing well and drinking enough to stay well hydrated you may want to consider giving him a spoonful of honey for his throat and nasal saline mist for the nose multiple times a day.
