hormone is important and critical in your normal physiologic functions. If you are having thining of your hair, that is a poor indication to be castrated. Additionally

Many issues: I don't quite understand why you want to reduce testosterone and sexual arousal but don't want castration.
I am confident you are not Psychotic but are nonetheless scared. A consult with a Psychologist would be best for you.
