I have had a lot of irritability, anxiety, and anger outbursts, with screaming and breakimg things. This is due both to foot pain and depression.

Mood disorder: The irritbiltility and anxiety and anger outburst all sound like a mood disorder or depression. It sounds like you will need something else besides clonazepam. you need to address this with your doctor who will adjust your medication or add something more. It is not possible to give a tentative diagnosis at this time, but it sounds as though you need more attention ...Read more

Please get more help: Postpartum is a very vulnerable phase. Mental health problems that emerge or worsen here can have serious consequences, if not treated effectively and expeditiously. Make sure you are in the hands of an expert psychiatrist, not just your obstetrician. Keep your dr apprised of problems - don't wait to go back or to provide updates to the dr if you are not improving. More can be done for you. ...Read more

Can depression make you feel like you ate dying? I feel sure I am but dr says no. Could he lying? No energy. Weak. Weight loss. Cant do as I used to

Yes, unlikely, 2nd op.: Yes, depression can make you feel like you're dying. If you were dying i'd expect your dr. To tell you. While depression can cause your symptoms there could be other causes such as hypothyroidism, parasites, food allergies etc. Metaprolol & Alprazolam can both cause depression as side effects. Consider getting a thorough evaluation by another doctor, preferably a holistic doctor- http://www. Abihm. Org. ...Read more

Is garcinia cambogia really effective and safe as some people have claimed it to be? Does it help with depression and anxiety as well as weight loss?

Doesn't seem so: Garcnia cambogia is an ingredient in some herbal weight loss, appetite suppressant, and energy products. An analysis of data found a possible short-term weight loss effect (under 1 kilogram). But liver toxicity—led to one preparation being withdrawn from the market. Another controlled study showed it no better than placebo. There is nothing I can find that shows help for anxiety or depression. ...Read more
