Recovery is a choice: Most people need treatment to help arrest there addiction, lots of help. Some choose that help and others don't, i'm not alway sure why. Be careful: I'm really urging you NOT to try to find out w/out his knowing. It can appear to put you in the wrong and perhaps still not give you a solid course of action anyway. If you can't mention your concern in the safety of another's presence (or alone) then that in itself is a problem. 'Beginning' is better than 'late', but it doesn't matter. You can't do this alone.
