Easy: Get your sleep, about 7 hours per night. Yes, the temptation will be to stay up late because you think it's a sign of productivity. The reality is that taxing your sleep will make learning much less efficient- established fact! Better to go to sleep early and wake up extra early . Also routine exercise is huge to oxygenate the brain and staying away from junk food eg eat plenty of veggies and fruits.
