Some items: Pretty good numbers, except for dropped beats. Correlate your device with doctors for accuracy. Check both arms. Holter monitor may clarify pulses. My diastolic sometimes goes down to 63.Is it dangerous? My avg. Bp 126/72 , map- 90, bpm-64, and body wt.-61kgs, I am 68 yrs. Old.Suffer drop beats.
Blood pressure: No, the numbers you report seem pretty good, and an occasional diastolic reading in the 60's is not something to be concerned about if you otherwise feel ok. My heart rate dropped to 40 beats per minute the other day. How low can your heart beat drop before it's dangerous?

When that person exercises, and o2 and blood demands go up to their skeletal muscle etc, heart rate will increase. Hope that makes sense. ...Read more
