This AM had a lot of thick, post nasal drip in back of throat. When I spat it out it looked like huge blood clots. What is going on? Sinus infection?

Cetirazine: Can try cetirazine (Zyrtec). Also, nasal rinses like Neti Pot are helpful & you might even try that first.
