My husband was diagnosed w/ gallbladder polyps & stones.He passed out green&black feces after drinking olive oil & lemon juice.Were that stones?

No: It does absolutely nothing except increase your fat. Drink more water and balance your diet. That will fix your constipation. If heartburn or stomach discomfort is your problem, see a doctor to rule out medical causes. Olive oil: If you mean grabbing a cup of olive oil and drinking, the answer is no. That is not a balanced healthy diet, and neither is atkins. Eating lean protein is fine, but should be balanced with vegetables and fruit. Eating a bunch of fat (fatty meat, oil, etc) is not healthy.
