Should I drink Gatorade and white grape juice and pretzels and jello for stomach flu?

That's fine: Hi. A viral gastroenteritis ("stomach flu") will resolve with tincture of time. You do need to stay well hydrated. Gatorade gives you fluid, electrolytes, and a little sugar (helps prevent catabolism). Jello provides sugar and protein. Grape juice provides fluid and sugar.
