Head injury: I would suggest that you take her to the ER to be evaluated right away. There are several reasons why she might have dried blood from her ear. The most concerning would be the fall on her head causing bleeding into the ear canal from a skull fracture or ruptured eardrum from impact or even a foreign body in her ear.
