Are you having problems in your awake life, separating it from what you dream, or do you feel your dreams are indicative of future events. No long term data: I don't believe there have been long term studies on individuals who have had their rem sleep suppressed for a long period of time. Great question!: There's studies showing that blind people can 'see color' in their inner vision thats pretty accurate to how those particular colors appear to us, who can see. How is that possible? So, that's a great question. If they had vision, and lost it later, it's probably true they can see in their dreams. You could be both: You may be having hypnogogic phenomena. That is starting to wake up while still dreaming or starting to dream before you're fully asleep. It's not dangerous & usually transient.
