Anxiety attacks suck: There are 2or 3 things you can do 1) continue with your techniques but add cognitive refocusing: read a book or journal back to front; count from 100 backward eg. 2) go for cognitive based therapy or any psychotherapy 3) ask dr or therapist for psychiatric referral for psychotropic meds.
