Thanks Dr each man's but what if the entire organ doesn't die it's just slowly necrosing can this too be poisoned?
The whole organ:
Generally doesn't--even in fatal gangrene, the whole limb doesn't fall off. In fatal appendicitis it is a very small part of the overall bowel that dies off (and releases bowel contents, also bad). Pancreatitis is fatal due to the inflammatory process even if the pancreas is not quite all gone.

Hello Dr. I am a healthy 39 year old man who's experiencing a sudden & random loss/decrease in my erectile function. Wondering your thoughts?
Erectile dysfunction: Sudden onset of erectile dysfunction is most likely due to anxiety/stress or medication side effects. Work, money, family, friends, relationship (how are you two getting along?) rank high on list of ED causes. Alcohol & illicit drugs, too. Of course, health issues eg diabetes, high blood pressure & cholesterol, also cause ED & have to start at some point. Random ED is normal but if persists, c doc ...Read more

Does hepatite b or c transmites from woman to man whith unptotected sex if woman finished antiviral theraphy?
It depends: Factors include HBeAg status (i.e., duration antiviral treatment in HBeAg negative patients is not clear and may require years & years). Also, vaginal fluid viral load may be higher than blood viral load, so a negative blood viral load test finding would not tell the whole story. Was your partner vaccinated for HBV? I would recommend using condom in future unless told otherwise by your physician. ...Read more

Can a man grow taller at the age of 26? I haven't been to my dr to have my height measured, but noticed length of pants too short over the last 6month
No: You can only grow taller when your growth centers are still open. These close in men between 16-18 in most, 20 in a few. An x-ray of the wrist/hand can verify growth center status. When these are closed, nothing makes you grow taller. ...Read more
I had sex with a man and he finished inside me. A week later he went to the dr and they said he had claymidia. My test was negative. Is this possible?
Chlamydia in rectum:
Yes. Absolutely. You need to be treated regardless of your test results.
It is very difficult to get a good sample for testing from rectal swabs. And a negative test result should not lead to a decision not to treat.
I hope you got treated for this exposure. If not please find a doctor who understands the needs or the community you belong to.

It is always best to get nutrients from diet ; one advantage food sources of c have is they have bioflavonoids ; other nutrients as well. Many other foods have good sources of c too- see http://www. Healthaliciousness. Com/articles/vitamin-c.Php

Yes, possibly: Testicular microlithiasis is currently thought to be a feature of testicular dysgenesis syndrome. If I understand your situation correctly, your newborn daughter is having difficulties and you wonder if her problems may have a genetic link with you, your spouse or another man whom may have fathered her? You may wish to ask her doctor if her condition is one that is commonly genetically inherited.
If your daughter's dna is tested, are your husband and the other man agreeable to paternity testing? If either your husband or the other man do not want to cooperate with paternity testing, this would need to be addressed through the judicial system. Because, I am a physician, I recommend that you consider posing this question to a lawyer. This situation sounds complex and may require legal input. ...Read more

Further work up need:
The most important thing w/ PSA is the gradient (How high has it been before) or the absolute value above 4.
There are patient with PSA's between 1 and 4 who DO have disease but most don't
There are other tests such as the free PSA ratio in blood and the PC3 test in urine.
A PSA alone gives us a 60% chance of accuracy and a rectal exam adds another 25 points of accuracy; so you need both. ...Read more

Talk therapy: Many people suffer PTSD-like symptoms following such experiences. You might be. Try to find a therapist you can trust to figure out your needs at this time. I'm not sure what you're not sure of - but that can be clarified in your therapy. How you feel is real and that's the most important part. Sadly, this is not unique - others have been thru similar pain. You can find help! ...Read more
Do u always have to have sex with d man on top to conceive? I heard u should cuz its deeper n its the best way to conceive. Is there a "best" way t.C?
Not necessarily: The object of intercourse is for the deposition of sperm as deep in the vagina as possible. You need only be conscious of your periods of maximum fertility (look up mittleschmerz) and to recline for 1/2 to 1 hour following to allow the best chance of penetration. Do not worry about fertility until about 6 months of trial has gone by. ...Read more
