I have these little white headed tiny bumps on top of my skin where the hip bones are, they don't hurt or itch, it is almost as if my jeans rub to much there but I rarely wear jeans or tight clothes that would rub?
Keratosis pilaris: Small white bumps on the skin, especially of legs and arms can be due to Keratosis pilaris. Sometimes this is due to dry skin, or mild irritation. Use fragrance free skin care products, don't scrub too hard, and moisturize daily and see if that helps. If this is no help get seen by a doc to see exactly what is going on. See http://tinyurl. My bf has a lot of diff health issues he needs addressed. Would healthtap prime b useful if he's uninsured&wants 2 consult w more than 1 kind of dr?
Sometimes helpful: A patient with multiple health issues must have a real-life doctor who can do a full exam. PRIME is useful for primary care issues that may not need an exam. PRIME is also good for temporary help when one's real-life doctor is unavailable. If a patient is traveling out-of-state she might be able to get help from a PRIME doctor in her vacation state, to take care of a problem before returning home. ...Read more
I have been diagnosed with dermatophytosis 2 years ago. I was prescribed with following ointment:Beclomin, Kezin-B, it still spreads. What should I Dr.?
Wrong Rx: Forgive my frankness. Beclomin is beclomethasone in most countries, or so I read online. It's not the right medication for a superficial skin fungus. I can't find Kezin-B. There are a variety of good over-the-counter medications for superficial skin fungi -- ketoconazole and tolnaftate are two choices. Get with a physician who's got some expertise in skin. Best wishes. ...Read more

Go to ER today...: You need to be examined and evaluated. Your doctor will be looking for fast heart rate, along with pleuritic chest pain, may have some difficulty breathing. My Dr insists that I see him once a month. I've been his patient for a year now. Its financially draining b/c I also take expensive meds. Solutions?
You need monitoring: You do need regular monitoring as you have medical issues that are at odds with one another. For example, your thyroid issues can worsen your psychiatric problems, but you need to have TSH supressed to avoid recurrence of your cancer. Clearly, this is something you should talk to your doc about. Explain the issues with finance and time, ask if you can be seen every 6-8 weeks instead of 4. ...Read more
