Was he tested?: These intolerances determined by an allergist? If not i suggest formal testing. Each item carries with it it's own degree of risks. Each intolerance has to explained within, complete medical context of your sons medical profile so that the risks are made clear. This way he and you understand how it potentially could effect him not others. If he eats these foods, needs rescue meds on hand. ...Read more

No one knew?: Perhaps incident in Residential Care Facility for Elderly was not witnessed, and resident didn't report trauma/fall/injury to caregivers? Painful chest & traumatized left shoulder might not be as easy to observe in passing. One would hope that someone would have observed difficulty walking & inquired.
