It is used for feedings some times, for oral medications and at times for gastric suction you have to talk to the doctors who are treating her as to why she has the feeding tube and how long it will be kept. Needs Evaluation: Nose bleeds in kids are commonly triggered by allergic irritation & minor trauma in the sensitive area of the nasal membranes. This can be frequent & recurrent.
