I heard birth control can be used as emergency contraception, so if I missed 3 pills(not in a row),will it act as a "Plan B" and not allow pregnancy?

After nearly 3 weeks of taking Seasonique birth control pill, will it effectively act as a conterceptive pill (ie. plan b) to stop the pregnancy?
Not the right use: Seasonique is a "birth control pill". It was never marketed to stop pregnancy neither is Plan B. Plan B is for "emergency contraception", which is still "prevention".
