No: Enemas are not meant to be used as douche. The ingredients in the two preparations are quite different and the oil in the enema is likely to make matters that you are trying to douche out, worse. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
