Tadalafil: For one thing, generic tadalafil formulations, sold under different brand names, are not necessarily equivalent. You are taking a fairly high dose for a daily regimen. Your doctor would need to know what other medications and/or herbs/ supplements you might be taking, and the state of your heart health. The acute side effects and warnings are many and well known. Check w/ your doctor first. ...Read more

I have pcos used meprate tablet for 5 days but had unprotected sex during the usage. Will I ovulate during usage and get pregnant and have miscarriage?
Unlikely: It is unlikely that you would ovulate while on Medroxyprogesterone acetate. However, if you did ovulate, and by chance conceived, this medication would not necessarily cause a miscarriage. It is not generally a medication that we'd give during pregnancy, but if only taken around the time of conception, it probably would not cause a problem with the embryo. ...Read more

Why does it indicate on the Cialis box don't split tablet take entire dose? Will it not work if I split the 20mg dose in to 2, 10mg?
Cialis can be split.: Tadalafil pills (cialis) can be split & taken without altering its performance. Lilly, the maker of cialis, warns against splitting because the pills are not scored. This could result in an uneven split, and therefore differences in drug dose. Some drugs cannot be split because they have a special coating that regulates drug release: this is not the case with cialis. ...Read more

Hi :) I am prescribed 50mg of dexamphetamine instant release 5mg tablets daily. If I get no sleep one night can I take my dose as usual in the morning?
Not a good idea: If you are having insomnia due to use of dextroamphetamine, you need to review with your doctor whether that medication is appropriate for you to take at all. It is a potent stimulant with many serious side effects in addition to over-stimulation. You have not indicated the condition that you were given it for, but if for adhd or narcolepsy, it appears to be too strong at that dose, 5mg or 50. ...Read more

BP does vary: It is normal for blood pressure (BP) to vary.
