How much time does it take dong quai/black cohosh to work for miscarriage?

Black cohosh?: Many miscarriages will resolve on their own without help. Black cohosh is not typically used for this purpose and probably will not help. If your miscarriage is not resolving, it may be time to seek medical help with your OB/GYN.

I am 18 weeks pregnant trying to have a natural miscarriage I've been taking Tylenol ibuprofen and Dong Quai for about a week now?

"Failure to launch": No, this isn't about the comedy movie of the same name but your "misconceived" attempts to produce a "natural miscarriage". Neither of those medications will produce the requisite result. Therefore, if it is your desire to terminate this pregnancy, then you need to see a Abortion MD ASAP as most elective terminations are not done past 22 weeks gestation.
