Yes: Novoprofen is plain ibuprofen, same thing that is in Motrin and many other brands. Depends on what you mean by "stronger" to some extent. If you had inflammation, like a sprained ankle, Ibuprofen is likely to reduce that inflammation over time far more than tylenol (acetaminophen) and oxycodone.
