No, not really: Constipation is really not a common side effect to wellbutrin (bupropion). I suggest you make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids. Has your diet changed? It is not unusual for patients to tell me, they didn't know they can call me between appointments for any problems or concerns. But, any patient should be able to call their dr to address issues related to his or her care. There are no "stupid" questions. ...Read more

Expectation: If tapered under medical supervision - maybe not anything. If you have been on it for a long time & stop it abruptly could develop withdrawal. Wellbutrin (bupropion) withdrawal symptoms can include fatigue, migraine or other types of headaches, zapped or tingling sensation, indigestion, abdominal cramping, loose bowel movements, worsening depressive symptoms, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, & crying spells. ...Read more
