Abs: To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).

Sure!: Considering your age, and not knowing your body type, mass index or general condition, it would be wise for you to speak with your pediatrician who may help you plan out a suitable, and customized, fitness program. One program will not suit everyone! The "outness" of your stomach, if related to a small amount of fat, is best reduced by proper diet and consistent core exercises. Good luck!

Depends.: It depends not on exercise, but more on the elasticity of your skin. If your skin has lost its elasticity, it won't automatically reshape around the smaller layer of fat, and you'd need an abdominoplasty to remove the redundant skin.

You can't tone fat: But you can tone your abdominal muscles. Ou would need to lose weight in general & a certain proportion of that will be abdominal fat. This can be done by eating healthfully, being physically active and making sure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. However you can improve your appearance by toning your abs. To tighten your abdominal muscles consider doing crunches, reverse crunches.

Liver failure: With liver failure, you develop many physiologic derangements. You lose protein and muscle mass so arms and legs get thin, but ascites can also develop which gives you a large belly full of fluid. You generally don't see liver failure patients with skinny bellies, unless it is a very acute episode of hepatic failure.
