Not really: your mother is an epileptic. an epileptic is just someone who is more prone to seizures than the rest of the population. we treat them with medication to prevent injury. Not huge issue: Unless the heat exposure caused dehydration and loss of electrolytes, there would be no triggering of epileptic events.
