I have PCOS and have been told I need BC to remedy it. On Yaz, my breast size went up one full cup (B to C). Breasts now sag and have stretch marks. How do I fix this? Also, how can I start losing more weight with PCOS? (no luck yet w/dieting/etc.)

See a GYN endocrinol: Oral hormone is NOT the only way to deal with PCOS. In fact it is not essential at all. Depending on the details, METFORMIN and SPIRONOLACTONE are the usual remedies. Significant weight reduction often cures PCOS. If you do not like sagging breasts, wait until you get down to your desired weight, then see a breast surgeon about mammoplasty. ...Read more
