Probably : Hormonal birth control might affect milk supply, so it's best to use a non-hormone method, like a copper iud. Birth control that doesn't have estrogen, like Nexplanon implants or the mini pill, is probably better than a regular pill like yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol). I have PCOS and have been told I need BC to remedy it. On Yaz, my breast size went up one full cup (B to C). Breasts now sag and have stretch marks. How do I fix this? Also, how can I start losing more weight with PCOS? (no luck yet w/dieting/etc.)
