Either: If you feel more comfortable in your glasses at the computer, then perfectly fine to use them. An antireflective coating probably won't add much to comfort, however. Your symptoms of not being able to see far things clearly without spectacles indicates myopia, I presume a -0.5 corrective spectacle. No: Computer screens are like listening to fingernails on a chalkboard. It won't make you deaf but it is not fun to listen too. People don't blink as much when looking at a computer so their eyes dry out. This causes eye strain and fatigue. Raising your chair and tilting the screen back can help.
