Are frosted mini wheats and raisin bran healthy cold cereals i know oatmeal is best but it seems to cause digestion problems with my system?

Try to eat a varied diet so your body is exposed to all sorts of vitamins, minerals, proteins & other important nutrients. Not for anemia: Bleeding from an ulcer or GI malignancy needs to be excluded. Iron deficiency in a male might indicated some kind of malabsorption . If due to celiac disease wheat and oat bran need to be excluded. Another possibility is poor stomach acid from taking acid blocker medications.
