Grey lenses are good and maintain normal color perception. Brown lenses cut through haze better but distort the color balance making red objects harder to distinguish. Dryness: Computer use is now extremely common for sustained periods. It is not harmful but it is drying. Eye dryness causes many symptoms including fatigue, irritation, redness, and some amount of blur. I recommend that frequent computer users have a bottle of tear replacement drops next to the computer to be used whenever there is any type of symptom. Sunglasses would not help. ...Read more
